What personal information do we collect?

• When you subscribed to the Tideswell Community Orchard newsletter you will have sent us your name and email address but no other personal information.

• If you had kindly offered to sponsor us then you may also have given us your address.

What do we do with your personal information?

• We only use your personal details to send you our newsletters and to inform you of any meetings or events, such as our AGM or Apple Day. 

• If you have kindly sponsored us then we may have thanked you on our website. We will only have added a link to your website or organisation after consultation with you.

How do we store your personal information and keep it safe?

• All personal information (name and email address) is stored in a password protected email account (tidzaorchard@yahoo.com) and in a password protected spreadsheet on a password protected laptop.

• If you decide to leave  or unsubscribe from our newsletters then we will delete all your personal details from our email and computer systems.

• I you would prefer not to have your name and logo displayed on our website then we will remove it as soon as possible after you inform us.
